As our business has grown and diversified, we have focused on internal standards and sustainable practices. Our new Sustainability & Environmental Policy extends our previous Environmental Policy, published on August 1, 2021, to better reflect our current and future commitment to protecting nature.

We are proud to be building our business the right way and to continue to support the exhibition industry with our people and partners.

We are committed to continually reducing our environmental impact and preventing pollution. We focus on waste minimisation, resource efficiency, and using sustainable materials where practicable. We also continue to look for ways to minimise our
carbon emissions, in line with our Environmental Policy.

In 2022 we become the first UK company in our industry to fully transition all in-house printing to HP Latex, allowing us to offer the most sustainable prints available.

Recycle or Repurpose

All of Our exhibition flooring is donated to charities that help provide flooring for housing and community projects

All of our exhibition flooring is made from recycled materials

Paper-based graphics are compacted and sent for recycling

Modular stands are built from standardised parts that are reused on multiple stands

Repurpose wood-based elements into new components where possible

End-of-life wood-based elements are used on-site as biomass for heating fuel

HP Latex Printing

Nickel-free and non-flammable Latex inks pose minimal safety risks, avoiding hazardous warnings and special ventilation requirements.

Odorless prints, unlike solvent-based inks, HP Latex inks produce odorless prints, making them ideal for indoor environments

Water-based Inks contain no harsh chemicals or solvents like VOCs that contribute to air pollution and can be harmful to human health

HP Latex printers typically consume less energy than conventional printers, further reducing our environmental footprint

* Paper-based graphics are recycled. Foam board products are reusable but disposed of in landfill at end-of-life. We aim to discontinue foam board Modular Graphics by 2025.
