Hybrid exhibition stand for DVSA

We first worked with the DVSA at the Commercial Vehicle Show April 2017 and again at Coach and Bus UK later that year – both at the NEC, Birmingham. Utilising the flexibility of the graphics and Marsden Modular system, we were able to provide a 9m x 4m solution for the first show and a 7m x 4m solution for the second show.

Following the success of these first two installations we were given the opportunity to tender against other contractors for two stands per year for two years with an optional third year. We won the contract; delivered against expectations and as the client rapport grew we were able to develop the initial tendered design whilst maintaining the budget. This has meant DVSA have had the flexibility to change aspects of the stand and, because of these savings, we have been able to add bespoke elements to the stand to provide a cleaner, more professional presence for the agency.

We’re proud to say that, as of July, 2021, we’ve delivered a total of six exhibitions for the DVSA –  and the next shows we will be working with them on are the Commercial Vehicle Show at the end of August 2021 and Euro Bus Expo in Nov 2022.

I am continually impressed by the services provided by the team at Marsden. They are reliable and effective, they take time to fully ensure they understand the brief whilst keeping me regularly updated on the progress of their work. Joe removes the inevitable stress associated with events – he has a calm, professional manner and nothing is too much trouble. I would recommend Marsden in an instant
