Client Liaison Executive

We seek a Client Liaison Executive to contribute and deliver exhibition stand design, build and installation.

Located in Loughborough, the role can be flexible to accommodate a work/life balance.

Responsibilities and skills

Reporting to the Executive Directors and working in partnership with relevant team members, the successful candidate will be responsible for (but not limited to):

  • Manage the Commercial Plan (CP)
  • Manage the WebCRM
  • Primary point of contact for existing clients (on a case-by-case basis)
  • Qualify identified opportunities in the CP
  • Liaise client with appropriate Project Manager
  • Support creating quotations
  • Support closing the sale
  • Manage client expectations (support PMs as appropriate)
  • Ensure billing is accurate and timely
  • Identify growth opportunities (5-10% of role)
  • Contribute to creating strategies to maximise growth opportunities (5-10% of role)
  • Support the team to deliver growth targets
  • Engage with new business enquiries – i.e.
    • Qualify opportunity
    • Partner with appropriate Project Manager
    • Provide quotation
    • Support closing the sale
    • Manage client expectations
  • Client visits at show(s) – UK/Europe (5-10% of role)
  • Growing new opp. (5-10% of role)
  • Progression to Non-Exec. Director in three/five years


Qualification and experience 

  • Five year experience in client liaison – preferably with an agency background
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Confident
  • Flexible multi-tasker
  • Good communication skills
  • Problem solver

Salary and benefits package: £28,000 subject to experience.
