How we work?

Initial brief and design

You provide us with a brief, budget and any requirments for your stand and we turn this into 3D vidual concept for your approval.

Cost and approvals

Following approval of the design, we will send you an itemised breakdown of the specification and costs. Once approved, we will send you an electronic contract that triggers the remaining processes.

Project management

Now your stand has been approved, you will be assigned a designated Project Manager. Your project manager will deal with everything for you including show organisers so you can focus on your day to day job.

Stand production

All graphic print production and collation is managed in our in-house facility based in Loughborough. This allows us to maintain complete control of the entire process.

Pre-show inspections

Your exhibition stand will go through a rigorous quality control process – whether it is brand new or a reinstallation from stored graphics.

Onsite installation and dismantle

Our team of fully trained installation engineers will take the hassle out of the exhibition stand build and breakdown. This allows you to turn up on the day for a stress-free handover and, upon the exhibition closing, our team will meet you at your stand; can secure any valuables; commence breakdown – allowing you to go home without any worries!
