We seek an ‘Operations Manager’ to join the team with a starting date of September 2022 to contribute and deliver:
- Print production support to the ‘group’
- Develop business for the EXPO Services brand
Located in Loughborough, the role can be flexible to accommodate a work/life balance.
Responsibilities and skills
Reporting to the Senior Management team and working with relevant team members, the successful applicant will be responsible for (but not limited to):
- Support the development of the ‘EXPO Services’ brand – namely:
- Identify and evaluate products and services
- Manage the digital platforms for EXPO services
- Manage the EXPO Services production processes to include:
- Quotations
- Production
- Quality Control
- Logistics
- Manage a ‘Commercial Plan’ (CP)
- Manage CRM
- Primary point of contact for existing clients (on a case-by-case basis)
- Qualify identified opportunities in the CP
- Liaise with clients with appropriate personnel
- Creating quotations
- Closing the sale (approvals – see: CP)
- Manage client expectations
- Ensure billing is accurate and timely
- Identify growth opportunities
- Create strategies to maximise growth opportunities
- Support the team to deliver growth targets
- Engage with new business enquiries – i.e.
- Qualify opportunity
- Partner with appropriate personnel (if required)
- Provide quotation
- Support closing sale
- Manage expectations
- Growing new opportunities
Qualification and experience
- Experience in using Microsoft Office
- Process driven individual
- Full clean drivers licence
- Experience in the exhibition industry is desirable – but not essential
