What is Marsden Bespoke?

What are the benefits of a ‘Marsden Bespoke’ solution?

Always a difficult question to answer. Ordinarily, we design and build to budget – therefore

size and orientation is a big factor. A good starting point is £250 per square metre – but, the sky’s the limit… and don’t hold us to that number.

The best way to get good value for money is to use your stand for multiple installations. If we know in advance that it is going to be used again, we will design and build it to do just that – and when we break it down, we will transport and store it safely in readiness for your next exhibition.

We can modify your bespoke stand quite easily. However, if we know this in advance, we can build it so it has features and functionality that make it adaptable for different spaces and configurations.

To a degree, and within the constraints of its components, your stand can be cost-effectively updated at any time.

The initial designs are free!

We project manage from initial concept through to post show review. You will be assigned a dedicated Project Manager who will oversee all aspects from organiser submissions, design, build, quality control, installation and breakdown.

How do we work?

Our process normally follows the following journey

Initial brief and design

With all of our stand designs, we endeavour to understand your brand, your brief and your objectives from the exhibition. This helps us to provide the best possible solution. With this information, we progress to an initial 3D render design for your approval.

Cost and approvals

Following approval of the design, we will send you an itemised breakdown of the specification and costs. Once approved, we will send you an electronic contract which triggers the remaining processes.

Project management

Now your stand has been approved, your designated Project Manager will trigger our internal processes and assist you with any queries and guide your project to completion.

Stand production

We project manage the entire manufacture and build of your exhibition stand.

Pre-show inspections

Your exhibition stand will go through a rigorous quality control process – whether it is brand new or a reinstallation.

Onsite installation and dismantle

Our team of fully trained installation engineers will take the hassle out of the exhibition stand build and breakdown. This allows you to turn up on the day for a stress-free handover and, upon the exhibition closing, our team will meet you at your stand; can secure any valuables; commence breakdown – allowing you to go home without any worries!
