What are the benefits of a ‘Marsden Hybrid’ solution?

The modular components are free the first time you exhibit with us.

Because of savings provided by the modular components, you can consider your upgrading with bespoke fitments – like:

  • Audio visual (screens etc.)
  • Lockable storage areas
  • Integrated product mountings and/or fittings
  • Overhanging lighting soffits
  • Other bespoke items that subject to brief

Our system allows you to re-use your graphics in different configurations – i.e. it can be adapted for other stand spaces and venues.

Your graphics can be easily updated for different exhibitions and events. All of your graphics will be held in storage – allowing full flexibility; whether you want to change one panel or the entire stand.

Whether you are a first-time exhibitor or an existing client, ahead of each project we will provide 3D rendered visuals of your exhibition stand – allowing you to visualise your upcoming stand – as a component of the cost of the project.

From initial concept through to post-show review, you will have a dedicated project manager overseeing all aspects from organiser submissions to quality control and installation.

How do we work?

Our process normally follows the following journey

Initial brief and design

With all of our stand designs, we endeavour to understand your brand, your brief and your objectives from the exhibition. This helps us to provide the best possible solution. With this information, we progress to an initial 3D render design for your approval.

Cost and approvals

Following approval of the design, we will send you an itemised breakdown of the specification and costs. Once approved, we will send you an electronic contract which triggers the remaining processes.

Project management

Now your stand has been approved, your designated Project Manager will trigger our internal processes and assist you with any queries and guide your project to completion.

Stand production

All graphic print production and collation is managed in our in-house facility based in Loughborough. This allows us to maintain complete control of the entire process.

Pre-show inspections

Your exhibition stand will go through a rigorous quality control process – whether it is brand new or a reinstallation from stored graphics.

Onsite installation and dismantle

Our team of fully trained installation engineers will take the hassle out of the exhibition stand build and breakdown. This allows you to turn up on the day for a stress-free handover and, upon the exhibition closing, our team will meet you at your stand; can secure any valuables; commence breakdown – allowing you to go home without any worries!
