Modular
Marsden Modular is our lightweight modular metal frame system that can be modified in size and shape to fit your exhibition stand space. The surfaces allow for graphic solutions to be applied magnetically direct to the system – creating a seamless graphic solution. Another advantage of the system is, we do not need the shell scheme provided by exhibition organisers. Therefore, if you book ‘space only’ at an exhibition and use the ‘Marsden Modular’ system, you can make savings.
Hybrid
When you need a visually impactful exhibition stand, but your budget is tight, we can integrate Marsden Bespoke fitments to a Marsden Modular solution to create a stand-out solution – a ‘Marsden Hybrid’!
A ‘Marsden Hybrid’ solution has free system hire – and we manage the entire project for you. A stress-free approach including exhibition organiser contact, stand design, graphic design, print production, installation, breakdown and storage*.

How do we work?
Our process normally follows the following journey
With all of our stand designs, we endeavour to understand your brand, your brief and your objectives from the exhibition. This helps us to provide the best possible solution. With this information, we progress to an initial 3D render design for your approval.
Following approval of the design, we will send you an itemised breakdown of the specification and costs. Once approved, we will send you an electronic contract which triggers the remaining processes.
Now your stand has been approved, your designated Project Manager will trigger our internal processes and assist you with any queries and guide your project to completion.
All graphic print production and collation is managed in our in-house facility based in Loughborough. This allows us to maintain complete control of the entire process.
Your exhibition stand will go through a rigorous quality control process – whether it is brand new or a reinstallation from stored graphics.
Our team of fully trained installation engineers will take the hassle out of the exhibition stand build and breakdown. This allows you to turn up on the day for a stress-free handover and, upon the exhibition closing, our team will meet you at your stand; can secure any valuables; commence breakdown – allowing you to go home without any worries!
